DEE-A-TEE-E: (Sunday, May 16, 2010!)
Intercluster volleyball!
- hand and wrist all bruised from volleyball -_- i wonder who invented volleyball. Probably some person who got hit by a rock or something and the rock bounced off his hand and then he's like, hey! we could play a game of letting balls smash into your hands!
- there were only 4 girl teams, so only played 2 rounds. lost the first round with 2B, won the second with 2A. The one with 2A was.. uhh like 3 vs 6, cus they didn't have enough players. But honestly i don't think the number of players makes a difference, cus most of us are so bad at volleyball that it only depends on which group can serve better. once its served, it's either bad serve or a serve that scores you a point.
- SO, the thing that matters the most is that you win the scissors-paper-stone at the start of the match to determine who gets to serve first! If you win, chances are you'll win the entire round if you're a good server, cus the team which gets a point gets to serve again ;P
- yea so there was this time where i served a consecutive 8 to 9 times, which killed my wrist D: like banging the same spot again and again. now its carrying out an innate immune response!
- xitong hit her hand more badly than me :O hope hers get well soon! its like the ball hit her thumb and now the base of the thumb is swollen pretty bad. I had that before like.. last last year, and it took me 3 months to recover fully D:
Neopets!
- neglected my poor pets ever since i moved into hostel, where ... using the internet too much is not good for your sanity.
- but using network connect now! which is a yummy 7Mbps, and ben mentioned neopets few days back, and i decided to check my account.
- and woah! one of my stocks went up by >1000%, making me 1 mil richer instantly! :O
- now my interests increases by 1 np every time i collect my interest C:
Random!
- my mum's gonna treat me to a kinda high class western restaurant next week, i think, cus she wants to learn dining etiquette :O
- i feel like swimming !
- i felt okay about painting the UOB now but now like, kinda sian : /
- i feel like playing pokemon again, now that i see tricia playing it :O
- adeline and siying are watching dramas day in, day out...
- i love my mum's cooking! C:

- went goodwood park hotel with adeline siying and tricia to get a DURIAN cake!
- mmmm it was like the yummy-est superhero birthday cake so far! people who don't like durian are missing out a lot :C
professional fine dining etiquette workshop!
- quite ... weird to see all the level mates dressed up
- the facilitator was quite funny, i had expected the workshop to be pretty dry C:
- food was mehh. Some said the mushroom soup and the tiramisu was really good, but i thought it was just so-so. for really good mushroom soup try saybons at plaza sing basement! C: and for really good tiramisu try da paolo gastronomia at chip bee gardens near holland village! C:
- they say to cut your meat from left to right, but how do you do that when its a piece of chicken with bones? oO
- was feeling very tired + sleepy + sian throughout the entire thing cus of chalet. Me and adeline were wondering how eyang can still be so energetic. at least he seemed to be.

talent search semi-finals!
- seems like quite a lot of people joined talent search this year!
- lots of people from our class couldn't make it, but we got round it and tried to fit everything in.
- i think xitong's pretty good! choreographed quite a bit of moves for us! such that it was.... quite a lot different from what we did for the auditions.
- i hope we get into the finals : /
