DEE-A-TEE-E: (Friday, April 16, 2010!)

i feel very sad for my mum. Can't wait for the Saturday after the following. I'm very, very sorry.
Hmm in some way or another, my cluster's bball team managed to get second :D Thanks a lot xi tong, mariel and jun yan! mehh i feel kinda bad for asking junyan to play for our cluster, cus she was still recovering from being sick. junyan mariel and I went to the basketball court at the HDB flats there to practice for the games for an hour or so before the matches. then she started to not feel well :C anyway before that we were just randomly shooting and stuff, then a few semi-pro-basketballer pri school kids approached us and asked if we wanted to have a match with them and we were like, okay lorh. it reminded me of the frisbee match at bukit panjang! xitong took junyan's place like last minute, but we still pulled it off okay-ly. ms teng is so pro!! they got first, naturally. i was so surprised when we won debra's team. i think i was kinda rough in that game, so i apologize for that :P
school is very mundane nowadays, there's hardly anything exciting/interesting/special enough that happens to let me remember a given day.
like for example, i can't recall what happened on monday, except for cca. but that doesn't count, because i only remember monday has cca because i remember the timetable says that there's cca on monday everyday
same goes for tuesday, except for that we had a very slack PE.
we were supposed to have bio o lab prac on wednesday, but some stuff got messed up somewhere and the stuff weren't prepared, so we weren't able to do. went through the quiz instead and got released early. hmm i said this a lot of times already but i just wanna say, again, that i'm really glad i took bio o C: i don't think i would have been able to survive in chem o, from the way tricia describes it :O
on tuesday si ying and adeline went shopping at ntuc! and they bought like, sixty-seven dollars plus worth of stuff. the most amusing one should be the claypot. they bought two packets of flavoured rice, and they came with a claypot, all for just $5.70 :O mm when we laid out all the stuff on the table, it looked like we were having some food party. except, of course, that shokubutsu refills can't be eaten.
hm we need more ideas for superhero birthday celebrations. lots of people are getting sick of eating cakes. like we've already ate... um 6+ cakes? i think?
oh yea, speaking of birthday, si ying and adeline got bryce a pack of sushi as his birthday present. but when we returned to the pantry, we couldn't resist and ate his present up instead!
manzz i haven't gotten a lot of people their b'day present. wahh so sorry. its like, i don't want to just buy something so as to get it over and done with. like for example, oh, i'm gonna get you a stuffed toy because its your birthday and i have to get you something cus only then it'll be appropriate, but i don't know what to get you so i shall just get something so that i know that i did not not get you something. i wanna do something like the christmas present for the 12 superheroes that kind, but can't think of what to get, plus i haven't got the time to do stuff like that :C
oh i read this status post on facebook some time back. that person posted: In nus high school, life is simple. either you get good grades, or good relations. which is kinda like what one of my friend (not named cus i'm not sure if you mind people knowing) shared. like, one want focus on one's grades but doing so takes away time that one spends with his or her friends.
kayzzz thursday! went to St. Luke's hospital with weining and monica C: they went on wednesday too, but i couldn't cus of bio o. wellll basically thursday is a cleaning day, so we'd help with cleaning stuff. Hmm i think the three of us are quite efficient :D i dunno how fast or how well others do it, but i think we finished quite a lot in the one hour and nineteen minutes that we were there! the supervisor said she'll let us do more clinical stuff if we're there for longer stretches, so i hope that can be so during the holidays! C: once again thanks weining for referring me to st. lukes... she said that day (hey actually it was only yesterday!) that in st. lukes, you are more... like, they cater to your needs more unlike say at NUH, where there are so many, many volunteers that you'd just be another of their many, many volunteers. and like the higher ups are also very busy with their stuff that they just have no time for you (JTDP ahem ahem.)
oh on our way back we each bought from a bubble tea shop. they were sooooo saccharine, i threw mine away with less then a quarter finished :{ i think i'd have gotten kidney failure if had i fnished they entire cup of liquid sugar. wait do you get kidney failure for taking in too much sugar? hmmm i need to re-study the bio elearning stuff : /
yesterday's dinner was fun. reminiscing (wah this word makes us sound so old) with siying elza adeline tricia the fun/interesting/scandalous/embarrassing stuff that happened in year 1 and 2!
rainy night yesterday, very nice to sleep.
mm i actually kinda like Dr. Li now.

my mum's going over to bras basah to help me and siying get a new gc today. hers was dropped and it kinda spoiled. mine's very glitchy.
ohhhh ya i had just found out from tricia that pokemon is releasing a 5th generation :O i thought they'd stop after the 4th :O and its called pokemon black and white! when weijin first mentioned it on facebook, i thought he was joking -_- haven't played pokemon in a looooong time : / ever since i deleted my emulator game cus i was afraid i'll get hooked on to it :P
sheesh i have been on the same page of my chem notes for the past hour D: gotta wokr gotta work. dunno why, i find it very hard to focus this week.
