DEE-A-TEE-E: (Tuesday, March 23, 2010!)
- Free cone day!
- 506 went vivo for free ben & jerry's :D
- met at 5 but left at 5.30
- 502 went before PE, and 503 was going at the same time as us! no actually they left earlier, and were laughing that they're going to queue earlier than us
- walked to the back gate bus stop only to see 963 leaving! we were going to continue to cross the overhead bridge anyway until pan made an intelligent reasoning: 196 just left the busstop, but there're still a lot of people at the busstop. means 188 hasn't come for a long time and it should come anytime soon :D yep so we took 188
- talked along the way, attempted to settle what we're going to put up for talent search auditions but as always, these kind of discussions never work out :/
- finally reached vivo, gerlynn called yanling to say that the queue was like one round round the shopping center plus one round round the outdoor playground. we almost decided not to queue afterall, but went up to check the queue out anyway. then some started to queue so we all started to queue.
- ben and jerry's quite smart, they gave us crossword puzzles to do when we're queuing. like after you complete it you can submit it for a chance to win 100 pints of ice-cream :D
- not too bad la, queued for like 35 minutes before we reached the shop itself ! :D mmm
- took photos outside the shop too! the security guard was kinda pissed at us. whoops.
- oh in the end 503 didn't queue before us, they saw that the queue was so long and went to eat dinner instead. oh but heidi told me afterwards that they queued after dinner instead haha
- went to kopitiam for dinner. some, including me, didn't eat though, cus already packed dinner in hostel.
- ice-cream is quite filling
- they say the new cookie affair flavour is super sweet and not recommended :/
- i took the mango one
- wah i'm like stalling for time. don't want to study. xinyuan is lazy this year.
- oh yea. i can't do pullups for nuts this year, and it seems like all the girls in my class are having difficulties too. like a lot of us can barely reach 10. they say is cus of the pullup bar, they changed it such that the gray bar is very close to the black bar horizontally, so... ah nvm, hard to explain. i think i'll fail pull ups this year :O
- and my stamina is like rock bottom too. super tired after running just 4 rounds : /
- kay shall try to focus on math/chem now. it seems like i have been doing nothing but math and math and math and chem and chem and math this year -__-
