DEE-A-TEE-E: (Friday, May 22, 2009!)
I wanted to blog yesterday, but didn't have the time too. sigh, its doesn't feel as good to blog about something after some time had passed. nevermind, anyway, yesterday, I came home to find a letter saying that my application got through for the IGGY Warwick course! :D So happy la :D today i found out that desmond, yihui, and quite a lot of other people also got through C: i think almost everyone, or everyone from our school got in C: yay! Off to england i go... in 2 months! It feels kinda strange.. to go back to a place where you'd lived for some time, but the same place seems so mo4 sheng1.
Next term, especially july, is going to be a terribly busy one...
1) have piano performace at the start of july
2) JTDP
3) 2 weeks of IGGY, plus
possibly quarantine time if swine flu gets bad. :C

Thursday:
Rio tinto day. it was easier than expected. the first year we took it, it was so easy. then the second time we took it, all of us expected it to be easy since the first one was very easy, only to find it hard. So this time, i expected it to be pretty hard and it ended up easy. haha. tricia was supposed to come for rio tinto too, but apparently all the 407 people who went for chalet the previous day overslept. So adeline brought school uniform for her to change out into for nothing. tsk tsk tsk. :P
after the test adeline suddenly insisted that they come over to my house. BUT my house is like, those very messed up kind, not a very good condition to welcome visitors. so they (mainly adeline, actually) persuaded and persuaded and persuaded and decided to get home to pack the house up first then let them (adeline, siying, tpl, wj, rion) in. C:
Yep. We created a 12 superheroes quiz on facebook, and all of the creators got 100%. kinda unfair actually, haha. tricia did it today and got 1 question wrong, so 91%. then we played this aeroplane chess game thingy, the one people always play in primary school. In the first round, siying, wj and my planes were all about reaching the 'home' place already, btu adeline's ALL FOUR planes were still in her starting position, cus her planes crashed too much with other planes and kept getting sent back to the starting point. Hm. adeline must have sone fued with planes.
Today:
script checking day. got back phys, cell bio, math (the sequences module) and chem. Hm. They're all quite okay, so I'm pretty satisfied with my results. But must brace myself for the chinese results on monday... i have a feeling i failed, as in literally failed, the chinese paper. maybe i'll get 80 over 200, i dont know? my languages no hope already.......
went for sumo house, as usual, for lunch. we hardly walked out of the school gate, when weijin was called back for some reason, so the rest of us went for lunch. after that, the girls wanted to go to my house again. :O I don't get whats so fun about going my house. I think its like the most boring house you can go to. they're hardly any games or jigsaws or whatever to play, they're no pets to look at and play with, and the apartment is terribly small. today we played the aeroplane game again, and adeline won this time! there, thats a good sign! maybe it is saying that it'll be safe for adeline to take planes. C:
Hm one of the good things about people coming over to my house is that its an incentive for me to pack and clean the house. heh.
