DEE-A-TEE-E: (Saturday, January 05, 2008!)
didnt have time to post the day before yesterday, and was too late/tired to post yesterday, so i shall post today!
second day of orientation was better than the first. the food given out at break was slightly better, but still not that good either, and lunch was much better. and had less
boring talks. (: had mass dance (again) and school cheers. then went to see ms chen for the green stuff.
module registration started at 1.00! me and adeline were halfway through our lunch when we went to use the computers in the library. the people there were even counting down to 1.00! (even more re4 nao4 than countdown 2008) right after the button became clickable, everyone clicked it and -hang-. ok not really hang, but the page loaded really slowly and everyone was so um anxious.
me, adeline siying and elza were lucky people! (: we got all the modules we wanted. lots of ex-04-ers also took the same modules, so whenever we have such classes, it'll be a mini 04 class gathering! ^^ probalily vacancies were gone in like whooosh. i took the last/second last seat! (: when i was clicking sumbmit for probability, the vacancies was only 2. when the page was in the middle of loading, someone at another computer shouted: 'probabiity's vacancies is gone!' i thought i didnt get it at first-.- but yay i did! (: happy happy happy. but its very unfair to the new yr threes...most of them dont know whats going on...): feel so bad and sorry for them. D:
next we played some class bonding games. first one was some wierd auctioning game which our class won (against 306) next we played pass the message with 102. the actual msg was something like : (something) is made in heaven, and so are thunder and lightning. right at the start, someone delibrately changed the msg, becoming: a christmas pudding with three cherries on the top came out of the bakery. hahahahah! me and adeline (and most probably everyone in between) actually thought that was the actual message! but in the end, the msged turned out to be: an icy pudding with 1000 cherries on the top came out of the bakery. hahahahah! so many 'sabotagers' in our class -__-
