DEE-A-TEE-E: (Wednesday, October 25, 2006!)
Today we had to hand in our Chinese file. I realized I left my first sem file in the lockers. So, could not combine the second sem worksheets together with the first sem ones. We were supposed to hand in the worksheets with both first and second sem's notes in it, which is the bad part. I really dont understand why dong lao shi still wants us to hand in the first sem's worksheets when she had already checked them and when its already done and over...doesnt this create more work for her too? Checking more stuff, carrying heavier files, and taking much more time than simply just collecting the second sems worksheets. And this makes it harder for us too, cus we have to dig and search for our worksheets then combine them together. So this is a lose-lose situation, and
STILL, dong lao shi insists that she wants our file for both first and second sem...SIGH.
We got back our scripts for the Chinese end of years…I got highest in the hcl class for paper 1…
(: and Adeline got highest in class for paper 2… (: what does that show? Girls ROCK. (((; But I did badly for the second paper…so the scores sort of evens out so my overall for it was okay. (:

There was no IS today, so we had a 2 hour free period before mentoring sessions. Whoo! We planned to study for tomorrow’s physics, but we ended up we playing truth or dare. First was elza’s turn, and her dare was to go over to the guy’s table (consisting of JB, e-yang, yong qin, rion, and some other guys I think) and snatch the piece of paper that they are working on and pass it to si ying, because previously when si ying went over to their table, they immediately flipped over the paper so siying suspects that they were doing something about her and did not want her to know. Elza did not want to do that dare, so tricia did it instead, she went over, but did not snatch the paper. Instead, she just asked them directly what they were doing. It turned out that they were playing some weird game and siying was the goddess of war. O__________________o.
Then there was once where Joanna came over to our table, wearing this brown jacket. I REALLY thought at that time she was wearing wei jin’s jacket!! Hahahx wei jin came to school today wearing a jacket that to Adeline, makes him look like a plumber, and to that Tricia, makes him looke like a lab officer. Hahahahah((: ohya, back to the Joanna-wearing-wei-jin’s-jacket thing. I think Joanna die also wont wanna wear his jacket…ok… no offence, if this is offending anybody.
Today was the last sessions of mentoring, so ms ang gave out some tidbits and other stuff to us. We all received a pack of tidbit each. And all the girls received an extra packet for our “good behaviour” *smiles serenely* terry chua received something, I dunno what, for taking REALLY good of Kevin. Ha-ha-ha. Joanna got a handphone strap, for being a good mentor rep, and wei jin got a matching handphone strap, for being a good physics rep. you know what people will start saying (unless you are not from our school). Hahz. Elza got a STUFFED TOY LION. And she literally burst out laughing. Hahx, a lion to match her found-in-the-toilet tiger. Just shun bian adding in, elza got a new nick: skinless chicken stuffed with freshly picked mushrooms. Chicken, cos she is born in the year of the rooster. Skinless, cos she is SUPER sensitive to tickles. Mushrooms, cos her chinese name is kai ting, which sounds really similar to chitin. Freshly picked, is just a nicer way of inferring ‘dirty’. Dirty, because elza’s ANOTHER nickname is aza, which means dirty in chinese. Go look up the dictionary if you want. a(1) za(1) there you go. Lame, I know, but it is just supposed to spice up out boring school life, that all. (:
After school, Adeline and I stayed back to do the extra practice for simultaneous equations. Lets see… we stayed back for like 2 hours plus, and we only completed like one question+? And we STILL cannot solve one of the questions. And lynette and hanisah couldn’t solve it too. SIGH. I am very poor at math, I know thank you.
